The login screen
Email login
The login window shows the Betarctica logo with the line Play. Win. Repeat. underneath, then two fields, Email and Password, with an eye icon to show the password. Below the Log in button is a Forgot your password link that sends a reset to your email. A language switch sits in the top corner.
There is no Google, Apple or social login, so keep the email address you registered with. Passwords must be 6 to 32 characters long and mix upper case, lower case and a number.
- Sign in from the Log in button at the top of any screen.
- After several failed attempts, use Forgot your password rather than guessing again.
- Do not share an account. One person, one account is a firm rule in the terms.
