Betarctica VIP Market, Wheel of Gods and the 17 VIP levels
Betarctica VIP: the Market, Wheel of Gods and 17 levels of cashback
What the Shop sells, how the two wheels pay out and what each VIP level returns in cashback, rakeback and withdrawal limits.
VIP Market: the Shop with a Lamborghini Urus 2026
€1,000,000 prizes
The Shop icon in the bottom bar opens the VIP Market. Its prize pool totals €1,000,000, and the headline item is a Lamborghini Urus 2026, delivered to the winner's country or exchanged for a cash alternative.
Prices in the Market are set in Chips, also called VIP Coins, and you collect them by making deposits. Each item has a limited stock, shown as the number remaining out of the total, so popular prizes can run out. One item is kept free for players who have deposited at least once.

Chips are separate from Stars and Gems, the points that move you up the VIP ladder. Spending Chips in the Market does not lower your level, and VIP members get discounts in the Chip Store.
Wheel of Gods: one free wheel and one paid wheel a day
Zeus and HadesWheel of Gods has two wheels with eight sectors each. The Zeus wheel is free once every 24 hours, and the Hades wheel can be bought once in the same period. Your next turn unlocks a full 24 hours after the previous one, not at a fixed time of day.
Each sector pays either a bonus balance or a free spin bundle, from 5 spins at the low end to 100 at the high end. The sectors do not have equal odds, and the result comes from a random number generator. To use either wheel you need at least one successful deposit on the account, and players under self-exclusion or a cool-off cannot spin.
Wheel prize rules
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Wagering on prizes | 35x |
| Maximum conversion | 5x the prize |
| Free wheel | Zeus, once per 24 hours |
| Paid wheel | Hades, once per 24 hours |
| Sectors | 8 on each wheel |
As an example, a bonus prize of €10 has to be wagered €350 in eligible games, and at most €50 of it can become real money.
The VIP ladder from Bronze 1 to Obsidian
17 levelsEvery account joins the VIP scheme automatically once it has passed identity checks. There are 17 levels in five metal groups. Four metal tiers of four steps each come first, running up from Bronze to Platinum, and Obsidian is a single final rung. To move up you must meet three targets at once: lifetime deposits, Gems collected from deposits and Stars collected from real-money bets. When all three are met, the Level Up button becomes active and you press it to claim the reward.
Levels do not drop because of inactivity. Bonus money from the VIP scheme has its own playthrough: 40x at Bronze and Silver, 25x at Gold and Platinum and 10x at Obsidian, with the usual €5 maximum bet.

Cashback and rakeback, worked through
00:00 UTCCashback is paid every day at 00:00 UTC on the previous day's net loss, as long as that loss is at least €1. A Gold 2 player who loses a net €400 in a day gets 12% back, which is €48. The cap per period at Gold is €3,000, so the cap only comes into play on very large losses.
Rakeback works differently. It is based on the net revenue the casino makes from your play, not on the result of the day, so it can also be paid on a day you finish ahead. The exact formula is not published, which is why no worked example is given for it. It starts at 5% from Bronze 2 and reaches 60% at Obsidian.
Higher levels also bring a personal VIP manager, exclusive bonuses and codes, support through a messenger, faster handling of payouts, gifts and private tournaments. The rules do not say at which level each of these starts.
General bonus rules worth knowing
1 bonus at a time- Promo codes are typed into Activate Promocode on Free Money or into the bonus selector at sign-up. No public codes were listed when this page was written.
- A bonus can be cancelled in My bonuses. Cancelling removes the bonus and what it has won.
- Betting patterns treated as abuse include large stakes on low-contribution games, changing stake size to game the rules, holding back free spins and covering 25 or more roulette numbers in one spin.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts can all be closed and payouts cancelled.
- Free spins are valid for the period the studio sets. Bonus money usually expires after 7 days.
The full contribution table and the Bonus Wager list are explained on the home page.
